The Irvine Institute of Technology, a private higher education institute, was founded for the purpose
of contributing to California's educational system, to provide top quality instruction and to encourage
the safety of the man-made built environment by educating well trained and responsible Engineers in
Structural Engineering, Water Resources and Environmental Engineering, Transportation and Traffic
Engineering, Building Construction, Land Development and Management, Surveying and
Geographical Information Systems. These disciplines play critical roles in safeguarding our homes,
offices, schools, hospitals, bridges, and the infrastructure of our communities.

The Irvine Institute of Technology is an educational organization which complies with Article 9.5,
Section 94931 of the Private Post secondary and Vocational Educational Reform Act of the State
of California Education Code, Title 3, Division 10, Part 59, Chapter 7.

The Irvine Institute of Technology is approved by the Bureau for Private Post secondary and
Vocational Education in the State of California to offer select degree programs. Irvine Institute of
Technology is in the process of seeking accreditation from select technical accreditation agencies as
programs develop. It is also seeking recognition by the State Department of Rehabilitation, the
Veteran's Administration, and the Rehabilitation Unit for Workmen's Compensation.
